International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers. 2. Verify the capacity of the Maritime Authority, in accordance with the requirements of the STCW Convention/2010.3. Ensure that the provisions of the Convention and the Code, including their amendments, are included in the quality standards system of the Maritime Administration.4. Verify that the implementation of objectives, defined in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Regulation I/8, is found in all activities related to the training, evaluation of competence, certification, including medical certificates, endorsements, and revalidation.5. Verify the qualifications and experience of the instructors and evaluators.6.
